  • 50 grams ground oats

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1 whole egg

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 tbsp cocoa

  • 16g Chocolate Protein Powder (WHEY)

  • pinch of salt

  • 1/4 cup Alpro Soya Chocolate Milk (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder


  1. Add all ingredients into a jar

  2. Mix with hand blender until smooth and well combined

  3. Heat up stove top to high heat

  4. Use spray and cook to grease the pan

  5. Pour mixture into pan and lower heat to medium heat

  6. Cover the top with lid

  7. Wait for bubbles to cover the top of the cake

  8. Flip over for a couple minutes and take off the pan

  9. Top with ButtaNut Spreads Cocoa Macadamia Nut Butter or any nut butter of your choice, honey, raw almonds.
