As a Fitness Coach, I will direct you in the way of reaching your fitness goals with tailored programmes designed specifically to you. We will together work towards your fitness goals. I will empower you and teach you to adopt habits that place you on the path to a healthier, stronger, fitter & all round happier future you.

How It Works

1 / Signing up


a. On confirmation of signing up, I will send you a health questionnaire which is a comprehensive review of your level of fitness and history with exercise/sport, injuries past or present health status…


b. The questionnaire needs to be returned via email for analysis before we begin. This will help me to create your training programme tailored specifically to your level of ability/fitness and your personal goals

2 / Setting intentional goals

We will set up a quick 15-30min WhatsApp call where we can chat and together agree on your fitness goals and what you want to achieve out of this.


You can expect:

a. A 4 week progressive training programme tailored to your abilities and personal goals

b. If you should have any questions or feedback during this time I will be available via email with a guaranteed 48 hour response time.

3/ Feedback


After the 4 weeks I will see where you are at and review your programme to see what adjustments need to be made.


You can expect:

a. A full review of the programme

b. Adaptation of the programme in light of any progress experienced in following it
