About Me
Hey, I'm Daniella. I am a passionate Fitness Coach, Nutrition Coach & Recipe Creator. I live in one of the most beautiful cities in the world - Cape Town, South Africa.
How did it all begin? well I've lead a very active healthy lifestyle my entire life & it all started as a child representing my Province (Gauteng) and eventually my country (South Africa) as a swimmer.
The healthy living lifestyle continued on and became a greater passion and now my career. I did my honours degree in Sport Science at The University of Pretoria in Gauteng, South Africa. (Majoring in Fitness and Nutrition) and I've continued to grow and advance my knowledge in the Nutrition and Fitness fields staying relevant and updated.
I am also a self taught and passionate healthy cook & baker as I absolutely love to create delicious & healthy dishes (sweet & savoury). I love food and have the craziest sweet tooth! The kitchen is my happy place where I can be my creative self.
My mission and purpose is to help you become the best version of yourself, all it takes is for you to make that decision and commit to making yourself a priority. l want to help you find & create a healthy sustainable lifestyle suited to YOU and ill guide you along the epic journey. LETS DO THIS!
